i18n: translate the new macOS menu strings into the 18 catalog languages

The last Xcode build extracted 16 menu/UI strings (Ajouter un podcast…,
Plus vite, Minuteur de sommeil, Vider la file ?, …). Translate them into
the 18 target languages, reusing existing catalog terminology as anchors
for consistency.
