chore(l10n): translate the extracted UX strings (11 keys, 18 languages)

Play/download states, list progress ('%lld min restantes'), the Radios
section and the download-and-storage settings title, freshly extracted
from the episode-row rework. 198 string units added; the catalog is
complete again. The macOS menu strings will follow the next extraction.
